hiroya sato（以下「開発者」）は、iOSアプリ「Memory Academy」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 開発者が収集する情報

本アプリは、開発者自身のサーバーに利用者の個人情報を送信・保存することはありません。アカウントの登録もありません。数字記憶トレーニングの結果などの記録は、端末の中だけに保存されます。記録は、本アプリを削除すると端末から消えます。

2. 広告・分析ツールについて

現在のバージョンの本アプリでは、広告の配信や、利用状況の分析・トラッキングのためのツールを使用していません。そのため、現在のバージョンでは、利用者の情報が開発者や第三者に送信されることはありません。

3. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としたものではなく、開発者が13歳未満の子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

4. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、本アプリへの機能の追加（広告の配信などを含みます）や法令の変更などにあわせて、更新することがあります。変更後の内容は、このページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

hiroya sato ("the Developer") explains below how the iOS app "Memory Academy" ("the App") handles user information.

1. Information collected by the Developer

The App does not send or store any personal information on the Developer's own servers, and it does not require an account. Your records, such as number memory training results, are stored only on your device and are removed from the device when you delete the App.

2. Advertising and analytics

The current version of the App does not use any tools for advertising, analytics or tracking. Therefore, in the current version, your information is not sent to the Developer or any third party.

3. Children's privacy

The App is not directed primarily at children under 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

4. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when features are added to the App (including advertising) or when laws change. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
